Adventures in Reading with Kids has made it through 100 books in 100 days and we need to celebrate! To celebrate, we are hosting a giveaway of one of the 100 books we have highlighted!
Dogs, Dogs! by Michelle Nelson-Schmidt is a fun, rhyming book, that is great for little ones and beginning readers! We read Dogs, Dogs! last week and did a fun activity to go along with it. Check out our collaborative collage here!
After reading our post last week, Michelle Nelson-Schmidt was kind enough to donate two signed copies of Dogs, Dogs! to raffle off to readers! To check out Dogs, Dogs! and some of Michelle Nelson-Schmidt's other great books and coloring books check out her website, http://www.michellepaints.com. Michelle Nelson-Schmidt even has a new book coming out in June and we can't wait to read it!
My son's favorite place to read is inside the forts that he likesot build in the lviing room. My favorite place for us to read together is outside in the yard, on a picnic rug in the sunshine.
My son loves anything to do with dogs! :) My favorite place to read with him is on a big puffy chair in the living room. We sometimes have snack time there and pull out a book!
We read at least 3 books every night before bed (sometimes it's the same book 3 times), usually sitting on the floor leaning up against the chair. Other times through out the day involves reading in the family room, sitting on the couch.
We're always looking for new books! We love to read snuggled up on the couch together.
